Immediate opportunity for an experienced CSR/Customer Retention Manager for well established metal company.
Ideal candidate would have strong customer service retention experience. No sales, only slitting and inventory control. Must have at least 1-2 years in the metal industry.
Review Market analyses to determine customer needs, price, schedules and discount rates
Develop and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate regional sales goals
Direct Sales forecasting, set performance goals
Planned and direct staffing and training to develop control sales and service programs
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
And other duties as required.
Experience in General Accounting preferred, Steel Industry knowledge
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 year college or university
M-F 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
Salary- Depends on Experience
