As a Material Handler, you will be a crucial part of our manufacturing process, responsible for preparing and delivering materials according to lot cards, drawings, and work orders. Your main responsibilities will include determining the required thickness of disk material, cutting materials using cutting tables or square shears, and utilizing the Flashcut machine to provide gaskets to craftsmen. We are seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Accountant to provide ongoing accounting support for a small independent oil and gas company. This is a part-time opportunity for an accounting professional who can work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have prior oil and gas accounting experience and be comfortable managing all day-to-day accounting functions in a small-company environment. Estimated Workload • Approximately 25 hours per week • Flexible work schedule • Initial training and transition will be provided Primary Responsibilities • Mail pick-up twice per week in Tulsa • Weekly bank deposits at a BOK branch • Process accounts payable weekly as needed • Perform monthly Joint Interest Billing (JIB) billing • Submit revenue to SSI weekly • Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger monthly • Perform monthly bank reconciliations • Perform month-end close and prepare financial statements • Maintain accounting records within SSI accounting software • Respond to owner and vendor accounting inquiries • Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned Pay is dependent upon relevant experience.
